Misc Changes and Tweaks

• add: Wooden Kegs, Barrels, and Bluespace Barrels can now be upgraded with Automation Upgrade Kits to connect to fluid pumps and plumbing networks.
• add: Electrolysis Units and Centrifuges can now be automated with both plumbing and automatic activation, making these machines significantly less tedious to use.
• add: Storage Port, a connector port with no gas elements so you can anchor and store gas canisters for ship saving without losing gas to the connector port. The sprite is screwed up and I couldn't be bothered to spend even more time to fix it. You can also build them on top of each other, so don't do that. I tried to fix it but it broke construction somehow.
• tweak: The Holopickaxe now has a much higher swing speed and auto-swing, but reduced damage, making it the ultimate on-foot mining tool.
• tweak: The Energy Shotgun and X-01 Multiphase have both received buffs to make them more practical in prolonged fights. The Energy Shotgun now self-recharges four times faster and has zero delay before recharging, making it slightly better than the EG-4, and the X-01 has much more ammunition per charge (except for the taser) and twice the rate of fire.
• tweak: Factorio liquid pumps can now move up to 500u at once, up from 50u, to account for the large fluid volumes often seen on Hardlight. Setups should now require fewer pumps to handle the same volumes, reducing lag.
