About the PR
SecTech is now FULLY* parity with the NFSD tech
(Replacements with NFSD to normal Sec equipment as well as no SoP book since it links wrong. Also added bolas.)
Also replaces all (hopefully) instances of the NFSDtech with the SecTech
Why / Balance
NFSD tech stinky, We're not NFSD, we're ColSec.
