This is a simple tool to check the Windows overlay capabilities.
- Support status for RGB through IDXGIOutput3::CheckOverlaySupport API.
- SetColorSpace1 test for IDXGISwapChain3 for NV12 in HDR mode.
- Displayable Surface check for P010 SDR content.
