Thanks for adding this CONTRIBUTION.md file! Having clear contribution guidelines is very helpful for new contributors.

I noticed a few things that might need addressing:

1. There's a typo in "collabolators" - should be "collaborators"

2. The PR instructions in this file say to create branches from and make PRs to the master branch, but the previous README specifically said:

   Please send your pull requests to dev repository branch, not master.

   Is this change intentional? If so, it might be worth mentioning this change in workflow in the PR description.

3. Some minor suggestions for clarity:

   • In step 3 for collaborators, consider adding a period after "others"
   • The sentence in step 4 for collaborators is quite long and could be broken up for readability
   • For external contributors, you might want to add more detail about how to fork the repository

Overall, this looks like a useful addition to help guide contributors!
