Reminders
==> reminder
==> reminder [add] <title>
==> reminder [del] <title>
==> reminder [list]
Reminders will trigger when their timer runs out.
Using add will create a new reminder.

<target>is a String (surrounded in quotes) which specifies who the reminder is meant for, and will be pasted as @target in the Discord Chat. Case-insensitive. -
<time>The time until the reminder should activate. Formatted as:days:0;hours:6;minutes:04. -
<title>A String representing the reminder, should be quoted "". Required. -
<message>Used to elaborate on the title, and should be left as an empty String""if there is none.
Later, it will be configurable who can add reminders for other people.
Using del will remove an existing reminder. Use <title> as a String to reference an existing reminder.
Using list will list all current reminders, in order of how close they are to being triggered.
Create a new reminder
==> reminder add "Everyone" days:0;hours:6;minutes:04 "Match #55" "Drive team should return to the pits and prepare!"
"Created reminder for Match #55 in 6 hours and four minutes."
List current reminders
==> reminder list
"Reminder in 6 hours and 4 minutes for Match #55."
Remove an existing reminder
==> reminder del "Match #55"
"Removed reminder for Match #55."
