This PR updates the repo to the latest libraries.
It also fixes an issue where attempting to enter ACP with ACP login prompt disabled logs you out completely
There is also a commit that strips the email provider from the username given by OIDC. My organization provides usernames in the format username@organization.com. Ideally I think this should be optional as this may be unwanted behavior.
email hash is removed because it didn't seem to work. If this is necessary for other implementations it should be discussed.
