SC8 config + Support for Indexing class + appending fields

Hello Johann,

I did some small modifications in order to:

• Update the config file to support SC8 (some changes in the structure of the config file)
• Moved the config file in a subfolder (not sure this is supported though in sitecore 7.0)
• Added a parameter that allows indexing using a separate class AND still indexing the regular fields. This is useful for example if you want to index the current datasource, but also want to index child items of this datasource item (example: carousel with multiple slides beneath)
