Fixes to make this plugin work with SOGo

Bundled a couple of fixes, specifically:

• Not being able to install the plugin when using table name prefix
• FATAL occured if $update did not have remote_event
• new calendar path being hardcoded
• preinstalled sources were added over and over again when the URL had %u placeholder which in turn was a full email address containing a @
