Description
This PR addresses the new changes of Events to timeslots for the frontend dashboard of Admins + Volunteers.
Refactored the EventCard to just support subtexts and action button rather than hard coding params (ex: startTime)
Added some general date formating utils
Refactored the GET route of timeslots to support dynamic filtering of timeslots, do test this a little more!
Cards now route to specific date of /events
