This change refactors the repository to focus on the MnnLlmChat Android application. It replaces the local MNN source compilation with pre-built libraries downloaded from the MNN GitHub release (version 3.3.0). It removes the core MNN source code directories while preserving the Android app, frameworks, and necessary headers.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5618668279599946613 started by @Juude

- Deleted MNN core source code (source, test, demo, etc.) from root.
- Created `apps/Android/MnnLlmChat/download_libs.gradle` to download MNN 3.3.0 release libs.
- Updated `apps/Android/MnnLlmChat` build configuration to depend on downloaded libs.
- Preserved necessary headers (llm, diffusion, audio) by copying them to `apps/Android/MnnLlmChat/app/src/main/cpp/include`.
- Updated `CMakeLists.txt` for `MnnLlmChat` and `mnn_tts` to link against pre-built `libMNN.so`.
- Removed dummy `libMNN.so` to ensure clean download.
