Changes
Change "SELF-SIGNED" label to "ROOT"
Show PEM from chain certificates
On chain certificate details, change "Is Self-Signed (Yes/No)" to show "Is Root" only when it's a root certificate."
Refactoring
Since account and storage were using the same certificate page and components, I consolidated the duplicated code into a shared component that both now use.
