feat: detritus support

This PR add full support for detritus lib with AxonCore.

• typings
• lib/functions (not all are done)

DONE:

• examples
• handlers
• default implementation and functional system

Status

• Typings have been updated or don't need to be.
• This PR have been tested and is ready to be merged.
