Fix custom prompt priority for ozon-analyzer: prefer localStorage prompts over manifest defaults and improve logging

• chrome-extension background/index.ts: implement runtime checks for enrichedPluginSettings.prompts, apply explicit typing for Object.entries usage, and log the source (custom vs default) and prompt length to aid debugging.
• Added loading of custom prompts from separate storage key 'plugin-ozon-analyzer-settings' and merged into enriched settings to ensure prompt resolution uses correct data.
• Python loader alignment: mcp_server.py updated to consume new resolved-prompt structure and emit source-level logs.
• Validation: ensure custom prompts are non-empty and not file references; treat empty or file-path as not provided.
• Documentation: Added TYPESCRIPT-FIX.md detailing the TypeScript typing fix; additional docs for prompt storage fixes SUMMARY, including FILE-PATH-PROMPT-FIX.md and FINAL-FIX-SUMMARY.md; and CUSTOM-PROMPTS-STORAGE-FIX.md summarizing the changes.
