Ubuntu 19.10 is no longer officially supported, so to use this Dockerfile, the apt-get repos need to be changed to the archived ubuntu repos. Also, to successfully run the pwndbg setup script, the sudo command needs to be installed. I also restructured the Dockerfile a bit to make it more readable.
