Environtment variables configuration

1. Copy and rename .env.template file to .env
2. Provide the value of the variables as appropriate

• You need a Twilio account for SMS messages
• You need a Google account with a security password and two-step authentication for email messages

Note: Each new variable you have to put in your .env and .env.template file for all developers
