Make golog++ discoverably with cmake by installing the respective config files and exporting all targets.
Needed for doxygen macros.

Export the targets such that we can just use
find_package(golog++)to import golog++. This is much easier than using pkg-config in a project that wants to use golog++.Also optionally build doxygen documentation.
