Account for changes in SF 12.5 (exported CSVs no longer have headers on second row)
Add note "read_csv function expects to skip the first row for Screaming Frog 12.4 and earlier (eg. skiprows=1) BUT does not expect to skip the first row for ScreamingFrog 12.5 or later (eg. skiprows=0)"
