This repository contains the scripts/modules that I generated during my MSc thesis research. They were used in order to download, pre-process and analyse SMAP Soil Moisture and MODIS NDVI products as well as MODIS LST and GPM Precipitation products. Moreover, they were used for the purpose of developing a multi-linear regression model.
