Extract BaseMDClient from MDClient, split into MDClientV1 and MDClientV2. MDClient() factory returns the correct client based on version param. V2 client exposes uploads (replaces experiments), datasets (flat payload, cancel support), jobs, and health resources. File uploader accepts resource_path for v2 /uploads endpoint.
