Final PRECIS model based release

This release contains updates to facilitate the use of PyPRECIS on AWS. This will be the final release using data from the PRECIS model. Version 3 will update the notebooks to be based on the use of CORDEX data.

Version 1.0 of PyPRECIS content. This version contains fully revised worksheets in Jupyter Notebook format. This version represent the python revision of the former PRECIS worksheets using CDO and other tools.
