Description
Updates the bclconvert stats dir location in accordance with: NationalGenomicsInfrastructure/miarka-provision#376
Risk analysis
Stats is not the default output location for bclconvert stats, so if another site use this pipeline it might break. But I don't think we need to worry about that right now. If needed, we can make it into a parameter later.
