I wanted to build a big Mekanism dynamic tank and was disappointed that the stick wasn't helping me reduce all that clicking. But I also understand that building ALL the BEs from Mekanism with a stick would just break things.
Thus I decided to program a solution that would allow me to re-include specific blocks from mods that are generally blacklisted.
By default/as a sample, I added the mekanism dynamic tank blocks as an exclusion from the mechanism blacklisting, which I tested to work just fine (as long as one remembers to stick to a max size of 18x18x18 of course...).
