remove ldns-zcat and ldns-read-zone. It seems that ldns-zcat has a bug which result in wrong reference output. Fix test ZONEMD record. Add testing to the test script, but keep it disable because as of now, Cascade does not support ZONEMD.
Ignore ZONEMD and NSEC3PARAM on input.
