@CoryMartin-NOAA Can you please give this a quick review? EPIC is pushing for a public release of release global workflow and porting to Derecho is part of that. The changes are pretty simple and straightforward. CI failures are unrelated to any changes made here. It seems like all GSI tests are failing, and have been for a while. |

EPIC is is porting GW to NCAR derecho machines. GSI utils is part of it.
The changes will only add a new module file, and then add code to detect machine and setup module.
Resolve issue #91
