added yadm command for simple yadm use changed from neogit_config to neogit to more closely match naming convention removed unecessary git reference due to default already being set removed unecessary config call I created and added @field descriptor removed yadm from remote as it uses same url as git removed unecessary inclusion removing other small change removed other change that was not needed ensure neogit commands uses git adding yadm option to neogit

As mentioned in #1801. This adds the command
NeogitYadmto allow users to control yadm from the neogit Gui. Due to thegit_binaryvariable being set when calling neogitYadm it also needed to be set in the Neogit command to ensure the right binary is called for both commands.
