Add Contributors page with onboarding and contributor cards

✨ What this PR does

This pull request adds a dedicated Contributors Page to the project to recognize existing contributors and encourage new community members to participate.

Key features included:

• Clean and welcoming contributors layout
• Contributor cards with:
  • Name
  • GitHub & LinkedIn links
  • Short bio
  • Area of contribution
• Beginner-friendly onboarding section
• Clear steps explaining how to become a contributor
• Encouraging messaging to support first-time contributors

🎯 Why this is important

• Recognizes people who contribute to the project
• Improves community trust and transparency
• Encourages beginners to participate in open source
• Strengthens collaboration and project growth

🧪 Testing

• Verified locally using npm run dev
• Contributors page loads correctly at /contributors
• No existing functionality affected

This change is purely additive and does not introduce breaking changes.
