Deno case study

This is my written case study for Deno as part of the Development Platforms course assignment. It covers the history, features, and comparison with Node.js.

Hi @ziconstr Please can you add the required frontmatter at the very top of your file? It must contain lowercase title, author, tags properties. This must exist at the very top of the file, above all other text and without empty lines above it.
