Quickstart rewrite/formatting

I recently setup OpenBubbles, but I am technically skilled but I struggled following some of the instructions so thought I could rewrite them and improve the formatting.
Main changes include:

• Adding information found in the FAQ about hardware info into the this page (I found this to be important information).
• Retitling into Step 1., Step 2, and putting options for activation into collapsible sections.
• Enumerated steps found in activation options.
• Adding a getting help section.
