The README.md has been reorganized to make it easy for users to find a clean spark standalone dockerfile. Additionally we no longer rely on the spark hostname and hard coded local ip. A docker-compose file will be added later for a quick one line start.

I enjoyed the simplicity of your repo greatly when trying to decide how to best run spark locally. I felt the repo could benefit from a docker-compose example.
I also made a couple edits to the README to put the getting started section first. Let me know what you think.
