Description
修复了一个numpy初始化中的小bug，当shape为[]时，np返回的是float，而不是与torch格式一致的0-dTensor
修复了上传文件的速度的问题，将单个文件commit一次传输改为整个文件夹commit传输，现在整体上传时间大概在30s左右
