BAC measuring application to reduce drunk driving. Interfaces with a bluetooth breathalyzer to measure BAC and then implements the twilio API to text a voucher code to the users phone if the user is unable to legally drive. Made for HackUTD VI and won in the category of "Best use of the Twilio API"
