This adds
$ai_tracetracking to the LangChainCallbackHandler, which captures top-level chain/graph inputs & outputs once it's done (or errored).Related: improved debugging of chain/graph events, helping develop the callback handler.
Includes test coverage for both LangChain and LangGraph+LangChain.
