add team id for image builds

Introduces team-aware image management across CLI commands.

• Push: Includes team_id in build payload when present and displays current team context.
• List: Adds --all/-a to show all accessible images; filters by teamId when in team context; updates table title; adds Owner column; prefers displayRef for image reference.
• Delete: Supports team-{teamId}/imagename:tag format; passes teamId to API; enhances confirmation and error handling (404/403) with original reference and permissions messaging.
• Minor: Updates help text to remove closed-beta note.
