Add regex search support for poozle.

• Added the regex header in a temporary directory for testing purposes.
• Added appropriate classes, structs and enum classes maintaining the type and comment consistency of the project.
• Major Classes :- 1) NFA_BUILDER , 2) NFA_SIMULATOR.
• Structs -> 1) State, 2) PtrList, 3) Frag, 4) CharClass.
• Enum classes -> 1) StateType, 2) AssertionType.
