This PR implements a fast scroll feature in the HomeViewController. When the user scrolls quickly (i.e., the time between rotations is less than a specified threshold), the scrolling speed is increased by skipping additional items in the menu. This enhancement improves the user experience by allowing quicker navigation through long lists.
