This is the debugged category list and category is now showing. Also, debugged the Fiction list to now inform user that there are no books currently in fiction.

…d from origional This is a change to the HTML and Python code that per Zak's request, added a book in Fiction with all descriptive information. Also, an add book button was added to make the demo easier. In addition, the no book in Fiction to cause an error code has been reverted back to original code.

HTML and Python 3 code has been changed to add a book to fiction. Also, an add button has been added to make the demo of adding a book easier. In addition, the Fiction doesn't have a book error code has been reverted back to original code to allow error.
