- Added option to show scrollbar (new) or not (old behavior) - If selected, will reduce width of .bookmarks, .session-list, .history-list to 100% and show scrollbar on hover

Fixing the problem of scrollbar not showing on Windows 11 if "Always show scrollbars" is turned off.
Known issues: it seems that JS scripts don't work in tab and window mode, so scrollbars there are stuck in the original behavior mode.
