Description
Configurations to turn on/off the accessible mode of livechat widget are implemented in this PR. Admin can allow the accessible mode or not. Accessible mode will only be available on the livechat if the admin has turned it on, on the rocket.chat server. Otherwise, it will not be available to him.
This option is in under livechat panel inside the omnichannel settings in the administration panel.
