Refactor blog to work with the GitHub Gist API.
Blog now represents a complete CRUD blog, with the ability to Create, Read, Update and Delete.
Added features:
Pagination with anchor scroll, user avatars, updated form to work with GistApi to add in the ability to name files, work public/secret, connected comments. The author's name take the user to the GitHub account.
List of Gists now lists file names, instead of content of blog, but now lists filenames in that Gist.
Added a gulp task to work with API generated temporary token.
