The new entries should follow the same structure as the existing ones, with realistic but fictional patient information including name, age, gender, contact_number, email, intake_method (set to "Form"), preferred_language (alternating between Hindi and English), symptoms, pre_existing_conditions (as an array), mapped_specialty, and preferred_slot (times between 09:00 and 17:00).
