this is just to show the spirit: not yet compiled, not yet run...
basically created 3 new files: a yaml with specific inputs, the run_sim_test.py which would replace the run_simScript, and a engineParameters.py with the separated part.
I think many more hardcoded numbers could be put in the yaml instead of hardcoded.
Experts will have to review default input files etc....
