- Adjusts --summary behaviour
- Optimises lowercase comparison on --tag
- Updates dependencies
Does not insert a translated tag 35 at the start of the message, unless no value has been given to summary. `--summary` now equivilent to `--summary -v` `--summary 55` now equivilent to `--summary "35 55" -v`
