WHY are these changes introduced?

I am from Prisma team. This PR updates Prisma package to v7.
Please note that there is also an internal dependency on
@shopify/shopify-app-session-storage-prismapackage which needs to be updated to Prisma 7 first. There is an open PR for it here:Once that is merged, I can update to the new version of
@shopify/shopify-app-session-storage-prisma.Please let me know if there's anything additional needed from my end.
