This PR aims to:

  • introduce the issue tracker to company model
  • allow admins to set an issue tracker at company creation and to update it after
  • introduce a button to dispatch the report to the issue tracker of the company
user case screen
admin create company - pick issue tracker image
admin update company - update issue tracker image
company dispatch to issue tracker image
