Minor toolbar fixes

While running automated tests I noticed that the toolbar/system bars are a bit off in couple places. This is a miniscule UI fix and going thru JIRA would be longer than just fixing them.

Notable changes

• Fix the color of system bar in login form
• Apply view insets in logout sync screen.
