Hey, here's the manual analysis plugin with some modularity changes to our graph. I created a "cell" datatype where we can just specify what flags we use, and then change what colors we print based off of that. It's kind of a WIP, but you can keep it in a branch if you want. As far as I can tell, the new changes work just fine with the original graph and factor in the manual analysis as well.
