Move completed AutoContext Future Hooks task from INPROGRESS to archive with proper documentation and progress tracker updates. Changes: - Moved all INPROGRESS files to AGENTS_DOCS/TASK_ARCHIVE/22_AutoContext_Future_Hooks/ - Created archive summary documenting implementation completion - Updated ARCHIVE_SUMMARY.md with new archive entry - Refreshed INPROGRESS with post-3.0.0 next_tasks.md and recoverable blockers - Updated progress tracker to reflect archival status - All acceptance criteria verified and completed Archive Contents: - Summary_of_Work.md: Complete implementation record with statistics - ARCHIVE_SUMMARY.md: High-level overview and reference materials - Task planning and selection documents - Recoverable blocker tracking (macOS benchmark execution) Commits this completes: - 1b415ec: Add @autocontext future hooks parsing infrastructure This task closes all P1 requirements for v3.0.0 release.
