[iOS] SDKs Are Setting US Privacy String Even When supportLegacyUSPString: true Is Not Used

Issue: The SDK is setting values in the UserDefaults and possibly SharedPreferences for US Privacy. When running the test app with the criteria above on a fresh install I see IABUSPrivacy_String = 1YNN and other US Privacy values in UserDefaults.

Expected result: is that if the supportLegacyUSPString parameter is not used, the US Privacy UserDefaults will not be set. Only the GPP values will be set.
