A nodeJS file that will use SQLite to find strats stored in a database.
header can be used as template
more descriptive. This wil be a csv file that contains the data. It will be imported every time the sqlite3-node find strat command fires.
This skeleton includes the open and close connection statements, import statements, and the wrapper for the database queries.
revived modules
Edited the title because not putting a file ending was causing some trouble for text editors.
- also fixed log statement in write function
- also renamed variable cap to highestID

This pull request simply takes everything from the current default branch and rebases them to the branch called "master". This is necessary because GitHub Pages will only draw from the "master" branch. Please approve so that I can rebase. Thanks!
