GAing deletion requests

Purpose of this pull request

This pull request is to update the deletion requests doc for GAing the feature.

Select the type of change

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

Looks good, @JV0812. I added the API article to the left nav with commit "Add API article to sidebar".

@JV0812 - Please add that this capability is off by default and can only be enabled by account owner or support ticket

Please also add that two admins (excluding the requester) are required to approve. If there is only one admin there is the ability to change the default setting to one approver excluding the requester.

Please include a Customer Responsibility Section to be reviewed by Compliance:

Feature if off by default and can only be enabled by account owner or Sumo support ticket
Data deletion requests need to approved by two admins excluding the requester by default
Account owner has the the option to change the default to one admin approver excluding the requester if desired and less than two admins are configured
If a certificate of destruction is required then this feature cannot be used and the creation of a support ticket is required
